Today we must pass a barricade. You know , the one that always gets you tripped up: maybe too long wait for text, or feeling you might be abandooned or a negative thought of your future---just anything that has a way of getting you to feel-------down.
That thing when it comes up, you can decide two things.
Either you will notice it, iidentify it and choose to see, feel and act yourself past it OR the usual, and i dont need to exlain that.
I choose the former and I love the fight cause I am competitive anyway and I think we all need to learn to fight in various ways for ourselves in meaningful ways.
